Account & Login

Create an account

  1. Go to Register and enter your email and basic details.
  2. Verify your email (check spam folder if needed).
  3. Set your preferred language and voice note settings.

Login issues

  • Reset password from the login screen.
  • Confirm your email is verified.
  • Try another browser or clear cache if the session loops.

Wallet & Top Ups

Merci2 supports USD, EUR, and GBP wallets. You can top up with cash vouchers, card, PayPal, or crypto.

Redeem a voucher

  1. Open Wallet and tap Redeem Voucher.
  2. Enter the 12-digit code and confirm.
  3. Funds appear instantly if the code is valid.

Card & PayPal

Use a supported card or PayPal to add funds. Some banks require 3DS/OTP.

Crypto

On-chain and hosted rails are supported. Network fees and confirmations apply.

Vouchers

Some vouchers are store-locked. You will see eligible stores before you redeem or spend.

  • Single-use or batch vouchers can be restricted to selected merchants.
  • Expired or fully redeemed vouchers cannot be reused.
  • If a store is missing, contact the issuer to add it.

Marketplace Orders

Place an order

  1. Find an item and tap Add to Cart.
  2. Review your cart and tap Checkout.
  3. Choose wallet balance or supported method and confirm.

Track & issues

  • Digital goods: delivered to your account instantly.
  • Physical goods: track via Orders.
  • Disputes or refunds: open a ticket from the order detail.

Translation & Communication

Chats and voice notes can auto-translate. You can also re-speak your voice with AI for clarity.

  • Set preferred language in Profile.
  • Toggle translation per chat if needed.
  • Report abusive users from the conversation menu.

Security

  • Enable device checks and session alerts in Settings.
  • Never share your voucher codes publicly.
  • Use strong passwords and do not reuse across apps.

How do I redeem a voucher? +
Go to Wallet -> Redeem Voucher, enter the 12-digit code, and confirm. If store-locked, you will see eligible merchants.
